Exploration of criminality in San Francisco

The final project of our Principles of Information Design class focusses on crime data which reveals patterns across time and location, offering valuable insights into urban vulnerabilities. By visualizing these patterns, we can see which areas are more susceptible to certain crimes and how deeper social or economic issues may play a role. Clear, thoughtful information design of crime data supports safer urban planning, increases public awareness, and guides more effective community interventions.
